Requirements
- Deep understanding of DACH Public Sector, Banking, or Insurance markets
- Insight into evolving challenges: KYC, AML, Fraud, Customer Intelligence, Public Security, Risk
- Understanding of DACH local procurement cycles, compliance, and partner influence
- Strong track record with global consultancies and/or cloud providers
- Ability to manage complex partner ecosystems and influence senior executives
- Hands-on experience building co-sell strategies and delivering measurable revenue outcomes
- Experience with joint business planning, pipeline management, and governance
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and commercial audiences
- Background in AI, data analytics, or decision intelligence technology
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or scale-up environment
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystem GTM programmes
Tasks
- Lead partner ecosystem in Public Sector, Banking, and Insurance
- Collaborate with DACH Sales Leaders and Sector Leads
- Engage and excite partners through strategic collaboration
- Enable partners with compelling joint value propositions
- Execute DACH alliances strategy to generate pipeline and influence deals
- Shape multi-year Public Sector GTM plans
- Align on priority accounts and co-sell motions
- Define joint propositions for major Banking transformation programs
- Ensure partner specialists are fully enabled on Quantexa
- Review deal governance and ensure accurate forecasting
- Work with Sales, Delivery, PMO, and Solution Engineering to remove blockers
- Collaborate with Marketing on industry events
- Align with Product on messaging for new capability launches
- Sync with Regional Leadership Team on alliances strategy
- Explore strategic fit with cloud and data partners
- Build enablement roadmaps for new partners
- Update and manage CRM with precision
- Ensure deal attribution and pipeline insights are accurate
- Build and maintain strong executive alignment with partners
- Act as the bridge between Quantexa Sales and partner teams
- Keep partners informed and motivated
- Manage commercial relationships and governance frameworks
- Drive measurable partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue
- Ensure partners are fully enabled and GTM-ready
- Identify and onboard new partners aligned to strategy
- Co-develop marketing initiatives, events, webinars, and campaigns
