Requirements

  • Excellent market experience in the region
  • Experience in selling to partners and through partners
  • Several years of experience in partner management
  • Proven record of developing partner fulfilment strategies
  • Global partner experience and understanding of channel partner types
  • Sales methodology and management experience
  • Solid understanding of software solving business problems
  • Experience in transforming partners to multi-product selling
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and set priorities
  • Insightful understanding of business drivers for ecosystem customers
  • Ability to promote strategy and influence change
  • Ability to create innovative strategies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of channel development and management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management experience
  • Excellent leadership skills and role model of culture
  • Ability to lead with purpose and impact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German

Work Experience

Tasks

  • Create and deliver a regional go-to-market strategy for Germany
  • Execute existing EMEA Ecosystem programs
  • Achieve ecosystem bookings and revenue goals
  • Accurately forecast business performance
  • Manage partner relationships and create synergies
  • Contribute to Red Hat’s EMEA Ecosystems strategy
  • Collaborate with German Country leader and segment sales leaders
  • Grow and mature the regional Partner network
  • Educate internal teams on partner capabilities
  • Foster collaboration between ecosystem partners and Red Hat
  • Coach and develop Partner Sales Managers
  • Lead a team to capitalize on market opportunities
  • Attract and retain top talent for the team
  • Empower partners to sell Red Hat solutions
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance Red Hat’s performance
