Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Five years recent applicable aircraft maintenance experience
- FAA A&P or FCC Elements 1 and 3
- Possession of FAA A&P certificate
- Two years aviation maintenance experience (with A&P)
- Two years experience on UH60/CH47/AH64 MDS (with A&P)
- All experience within five most recent years
- FCC License Elements 1 and 3 (no A&P)
- Three years aviation maintenance experience (if no A&P)
- Three years rotary wing aircraft experience (if no A&P)
- Two years experience on UH60/AH64/CH47 MDS (if no A&P)
- NACI T1 Public Trust Security Clearance obtain/maintain
- US Citizenship (for NACI Clearance)
- Interim NACI approval (for deployment)
- Valid US Passport (for travel to Germany)
- Ability to qualify for TESA approval (German Govt)
- Five years aviation maintenance experience (last 5 years, TESA)
- Travel as required in support of task order
- Good communication skills

- Capability of troubleshooting entire aircraft system
- Working knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical systems principles
- Knowledge of Quality Control, Production, and Supply procedures

- Remove and install aircraft engines, rotors, and transmissions
- Remove and install mechanical flight controls and components
- Service and lubricate aircraft and subsystems
- Safely prepare aircraft for inspections
- Safely prepare aircraft for maintenance checks and services
- Perform scheduled inspections
- Assist with special inspections
- Perform limited maintenance operational checks
- Diagnose aircraft systems with special tools and equipment
- Troubleshoot aircraft systems with special tools and equipment
- Use and maintain tools and special tools
- Use and maintain aircraft ground support equipment
- Solve moderate to complex problems
- Interpret technical documentation and guidance
- Maintain and repair aircraft flight controls
- Maintain and repair aircraft engines
- Maintain and repair aircraft hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Maintain and repair aircraft fuel and mechanical components
- Perform other assigned duties
