- Align fuselage parts and install tail rotor assemblies
- Rig complete flight control systems
- Incorporate authorized modifications and changes
- Conduct operational checks of hydraulic and fuel systems
- Inspect and troubleshoot malfunctions in aircraft systems
- Disassemble components to identify issues and perform repairs
- Use common hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively
- Determine repair needs for faulty systems or assemblies
- Read and interpret technical data accurately
- Prepare maintenance forms and records
- Perform additional duties as required
- Communicate effectively and adapt to diverse troubleshooting tasks
- Apply knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems
- Understand Quality Control, Production, and Supply procedures
