Tasks

- Connect lubrication and hydraulic systems
- Install engine and transmission systems
- Align fuselage parts and tail rotor assemblies
- Rig complete flight control systems
- Incorporate authorized aircraft modifications
- Perform operational checks on hydraulic systems
- Test fuel systems using external power
- Troubleshoot and identify causes of malfunctions
- Disassemble systems to locate mechanical trouble
- Repair or replace defective aircraft components
- Use hand tools and measuring devices
- Operate aircraft-specific test and diagnostic equipment
- Troubleshoot entire aircraft systems
- Apply electrical and electronic system principles
- Follow quality control and production procedures
- Adhere to established supply procedures
- Determine necessary repairs for faulty systems
- Read and interpret technical data
