- Guide customers through remote troubleshooting
- Dispatch technicians for on-site diagnostics
- Verify warranty coverage for repairs
- Prepare cost estimates for out-of-warranty repairs
- Negotiate repair solutions based on Generosity Framework
- Act as the main contact for external service partners
- Track open service jobs
- Remove blockers for service partners
- Keep all parties informed about job status
- Document all actions accurately in Freshdesk
