Requirements

  • Fluency in French, German, and English
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or solid customer service experience (3-5 years), ideally international commercial setting
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume customer interactions (phone/email)
  • Deep understanding of order-to-invoice process
  • Strong drive for problem solving and first-time-right approach (OTC process)
  • Confidence using digital tools and systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce/Service-Cloud) (plus, not must)
  • Self-driven mindset with strong focus on results
  • Business fluency in French, German, and English

Tasks

  • Manage customer experience for assigned customers
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and post-sales activities
  • Oversee Order-to-Invoice processes
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for customer satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer interactions
  • Ensure professional and seamless customer communication
  • Process customer orders and inquiries following quality guidelines
  • Track and trace customer deliveries
  • Manage service deviations
  • Process delivery and invoicing complaints
  • Follow up on logistics issues
  • Coordinate supply
