- •Coordinate digital process transitions with subject matter experts
- •Lead regional best practice sharing initiatives
- •Execute data analyses using SAP, Power BI, and Celonis
- •Identify improvement opportunities through process mining
- •Develop digital and AI-driven solution proposals
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase touchless orders
- •Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- •Conduct training sessions and workshops for digital initiatives
