Requirements

  • •Experience in integrating AI into work processes
  • •5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • •Experience working on complex deals with Transport and Logistics customers
  • •Deep knowledge of building CRM Solutions for Enterprise clients
  • •Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions
  • •Pitch perfect communication, writing and presenting skills in English and German
  • •Demonstrated relationship building skills with C-level
  • •Experience communicating ServiceNow value proposition to prospects
  • •Experience working collaboratively across a complex sales ecosystem
  • •Demonstrated territory management skills including pipeline building
  • •Creative problem-solving skills with a growth mindset
  • •Organized and detail-oriented
  • •High degree of passion, energy and drive
  • •Willingness to travel as necessary

Tasks

  • •Support solution sales as a technical expert
  • •Develop and contribute to sales campaigns for CRM Solutions
  • •Maintain a showcase of CRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • •Lead discovery workshops to identify customer business challenges
  • •Deliver product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs
  • •Address product feature and technical questions from customers and partners
  • •Configure demonstration environments based on customer requirements
  • •Provide feedback on product enhancements to product management
  • •Share best practices with other Solution Consultants
  • •Stay updated on competitive analyses and differentiators
  • •Communicate with business and technical decision makers
  • •Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
  • •Support marketing events like user conferences and webinars
  • •Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at marketing events
