Requirements
- 5+ years experience selling software to the Life Sciences industry
- 2+ years experience selling complementary or competitive solutions into Quality across biopharma sponsors
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent account planning and execution skills
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level
- Highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
- Passion for solving customer business problems
- Team-first mentality
- Business-level fluency in English
- Additional business-level fluency in other European languages such as German, French and/or Italian
- Understanding of R&D and Quality software solutions, particularly Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety
Tasks
- Understand Veeva LIMS and collaborate on sales strategy
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in Business, IT, and C-level
- Manage complex sales cycles using internal and external resources
- Contribute to team sales goals
- Meet and exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Stay updated on industry trends and engage customers with solutions
- Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on customer success
