Requirements

  • 5+ years experience selling software to the Life Sciences industry
  • 2+ years experience selling complementary or competitive solutions into Quality across biopharma sponsors
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent account planning and execution skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
  • Passion for solving customer business problems
  • Team-first mentality
  • Business-level fluency in English
  • Additional business-level fluency in other European languages such as German, French and/or Italian
  • Understanding of R&D and Quality software solutions, particularly Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety

  • Stay updated on industry trends and engage customers with solutions
  • Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on customer success
