- Create and implement strategic sales plans for assigned accounts
- Manage team engagements with assigned accounts
- Develop and maintain strong account relationships
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide education
- Report on account status and resolve issues
- Provide client feedback to internal Product Managers
- Collect and share market trends with sales and product management
