  • Medical device or healthcare industry experience
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Leadership and remote team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience managing Sales P&L responsibilities
  • Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and Power BI
