- •Experience in account management, renewals, or customer-facing SaaS roles
- •Understanding of retention, NRR, upsell, and cross-sell
- •Commercial awareness linking product value to outcomes
- •Portfolio management and CRM data accuracy skills
- •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- •Ability to analyse performance data and forecast
- •Cross-functional collaboration in target-driven environments
- •Understanding of digital advertising or search marketing (preferred)
Tasks
- •Retain and grow a portfolio of DACH market customers
- •Manage the end-to-end renewal process
- •Deliver high gross renewal rates and predictable retention
- •Drive portfolio expansion through upselling and cross-selling
- •Achieve strong net revenue retention and growth
- •Build detailed account plans and stakeholder maps
- •Maintain accurate forecasts within Salesforce
- •Lead strategic business reviews and contract discussions
- •Partner with Customer Success to ensure value realization
- •Collaborate with Marketing to develop customer stories
- •Provide customer feedback to the Product team
- •Ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility
