Tasks
- Support clients daily to ensure smooth advertising campaigns
- Onboard new clients with tailored platform run-throughs
- Consult clients on strategic plans and recommend technology
- Conduct regular client health checks to maximize platform use
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to enhance client experience
- Build strong relationships with clients and industry networks
- Advocate for the platform and its products
