Requirements

  • Experience in Account Management and customer acquisition, preferably in Consumer Goods
  • Familiarity with E-Commerce and omnichannel activations
  • Willingness to drive business development and experience in developing a go-to-market strategy
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Energetic, hands-on, and solution-oriented
  • Strong communication and networking abilities
  • Analytical mentality with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Proficiency in German and English

Tasks

  • Manage your own customer portfolio
  • Drive new business initiatives

  • Collaborate with a Key Account Manager on top E-Commerce customers
  • Implement strategies and activities with senior Sales colleagues
  • Contribute to the Go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborate on commercial planning with Sales and Marketing
  • Ensure effective execution of campaigns and promotions
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Enhance shopper experience with E-Commerce Retail Marketing
  • Implement projects to grow the active consumer base
  • Reach more children and families with the LEGO brand
