Account Manager E-Commerce / New Business(m/w/x)
Managing customer portfolios and new client acquisition in the online retail channel for a family-owned toy group. Account Management and E-Commerce experience, preferably in Consumer Goods, required. Enhanced paid family care leave.

- Experience in Account Management and customer acquisition, preferably in Consumer Goods
- Familiarity with E-Commerce and omnichannel activations
- Willingness to drive business development and experience in developing a go-to-market strategy
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Energetic, hands-on, and solution-oriented
- Strong communication and networking abilities
- Analytical mentality with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Proficiency in German and English
Tasks
- Manage your own customer portfolio
- Drive new business initiatives
- Expand customer acquisition in the DACH region
- Collaborate with a Key Account Manager on top E-Commerce customers
- Implement strategies and activities with senior Sales colleagues
- Contribute to the Go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate on commercial planning with Sales and Marketing
- Ensure effective execution of campaigns and promotions
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Enhance shopper experience with E-Commerce Retail Marketing
- Implement projects to grow the active consumer base
- Reach more children and families with the LEGO brand
