- Organize regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) post-onboarding
- Coordinate action plans with internal teams for 6-12 month retroplannings
- Anticipate and resolve client frictions
- Own client relationships with a focus on upsell opportunities
- Qualify upsell leads and hand them over to Expansion Managers
- Anticipate and manage customer renewals
- Handle churn requests effectively
- Suggest improvements to enhance prioritization and efficiency
- Maintain updated data in the CRM system
- Report regularly on performance metrics
- Share expertise and best practices with the team
- Provide qualitative handovers to enhance team action quality and speed
