- •Strong communication skills in writing and speaking
- •High sense of responsibility and accountability

- •Manage a portfolio of existing accounts
- •Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- •Proactively handle account renewals with the Customer Success team
- •Forecast monthly and quarterly performance
- •Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels
- •Discover customers' strategic needs and set goals
- •Analyze stakeholder mapping and develop overall strategy
- •Own renewal success and strategy to meet commercial targets
- •Ensure Customer Success recognition across stakeholders
- •Achieve customer advocacy goals with marketing
- •Monitor market trends and industry analysis
