Tasks
- •Complete intensive onboarding to achieve product mastery
- •Shadow and learn customer support interactions
- •Identify customer pain points and implementation challenges
- •Build integrations and workflow templates
- •Implement specific customer use cases
- •Develop implementation and adoption strategies
- •Apply account-based management to customer portfolios
- •Master the AI platform through daily interactions
- •Own the first response to customer requests
- •Manage an ARR-based portfolio of large customers
- •Provide comprehensive support for all assigned accounts
- •Lead customer workshops and implementation deep-dives
- •Drive value realization across the customer portfolio
- •Advocate for customer needs to influence product strategy
