Requirements
- Expertise in Discovery Calls, qualification frameworks (MEDDIC or BANT), and closing techniques
- Comfort with production environments and understanding of mechanical/electrical automation
- Collaboration between sales and engineering for viable customer solutions
- Accountability for CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and quota-carrying mindset
- Strategic and hands-on execution, scaling fast while maintaining excellence
Tasks
- Help customers find optimal automation solutions
- Qualify inbound leads and hunt outbound targets
- Close deals and forecast future revenue
- Use Vention’s MachineBuilder for technical design
- Collaborate with Application Engineers on machine design
- Provide field feedback to refine sales strategies
- Support company in hitting monthly and quarterly targets
Work Experience
- approx. 1 - 4 years
Education
- High school diploma
Languages
- French – Fluent
- English – Fluent
- German – is a plus
- English (Pseudo-Accents) – is a plus
