Requirements
- 2-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Ability to guide clients through complex evaluations
- Solution-oriented and pragmatic hands-on mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales KPIs
- Knowledge of technical compliance or requirements engineering
- Excellent German and English communication skills
Tasks
- Manage the entire B2B sales cycle
- Qualify and close new customers
- Develop inbound and outbound opportunities
- Conduct client discovery calls
- Perform product demos and Proof of Value
- Create business cases to demonstrate ROI
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate handovers
- Refine sales strategies using AI tools
- Optimize Go-To-Market processes with leadership
