Requirements
- Sales expertise in Discovery Calls, qualification frameworks (MEDDIC or BANT), and closing techniques
- Comfort with production environments
- Ability to understand mechanical or electrical automation requirements
- Navigating sales and engineering hand-off
- Consistent CRM hygiene

- Quota-carrying mindset
- Builder and operator combining strategy with hands-on execution
- Capability to scale fast while maintaining excellence
Tasks
- Help customers find optimal automation solutions
- Qualify inbound leads and hunt outbound targets
- Close deals and forecast future revenue
- Collaborate with Application Engineers using MachineBuilder
- Turn concepts into simulated, functional machine designs
- Provide field feedback to refine sales strategies
- Support company in hitting monthly and quarterly targets
