- Success in building and sustaining IT-top Management relationships
- Strong organizational and program management skills
- Experience in direct selling, pipeline management, and P&L management
- 10+ years industry sales experience
- Experience leading account teams on local and global scales
- Strategic account leadership and ability to act as "account lead"
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Expertise in outcome-based selling and crafting value propositions
- Proficiency in digital and remote selling
- Ability to manage complexity and drive portfolio-based outcomes
- Knowledge in P&L management
- Strong business acumen & executive presence
- Strong understanding of modern IT (services) ecosystem. Deep expertise in HPs Outcome Based Sales value prop. & offerings
- Ability to develop strong relationships with influencers/decision makers
- Navigate complex organizations to find expansion opportunities
- Lead meetings with high variety of senior-level stakeholders
- Leverage customer, industry, product, and service knowledge for long-term growth strategies
- Proactive business development, collaboration, accountability, follow-through, negotiation and deal closing skills
- Experience leading account teams on local and global scales
- Curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies—especially AI—to enhance sales performance, customer engagement, and productivity. Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply digital solutions in daily workflows, and to use AI insights to drive smarter decisions and more personalized customer interactions
Tasks

- Expand share-of-wallet in retain and development accounts
- Manage account-level profitability and drive growth
- Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services
- Maintain comprehensive account strategies
- Identify and connect customer strategy with HP offerings
- Build outcome-based sales and substantiate business cases
- Engage with executives to build strong customer relationships
- Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention
- Coordinate with internal departments to align resources
- Lead proactive account planning and quarterly updates
- Elevate and lead C-level and key executive relationships
- Host customer welcome meetings for smooth handoffs
- Contribute to successful adoption of services and solutions
