Requirements

  • 10+ years industry sales experience (Computing, Collaboration & Printing preferred)
  • Experience leading local/global account teams
  • Strong transactional business and contract management expertise
  • Experience in German partner ecosystems, established network
  • Proven leadership in direct sales team management
  • Strong financial acumen, account management, margin contribution
  • Experience engaging with management-level customers/stakeholders
  • Contractual business, negotiations, services business understanding

  • Drive growth with a portfolio-wide focus.
  • Enhance overall customer experience.
  • Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services.
  • Expand services within existing accounts.
  • Maintain comprehensive account strategies.
  • Identify customer strategies and key initiatives.
  • Connect customer strategy with HP offerings.
  • Build outcome-based sales.
  • Substantiate business cases aligned to customer initiatives.
  • Engage with executives.
  • Manage pipeline growth.
  • Ensure customer retention.
  • Lead cross-functional teams.
  • Craft value propositions.
  • Develop strong relationships with influencers and decision-makers.
  • Navigate complex organizations to find expansion opportunities.
