Requirements

  • Hunting mentality and consultative approach
  • Curiosity, innovation, authenticity, leadership, and integrity
  • Experience communicating with C-Level Executives
  • Confidence in communication skills
  • Strong experience selling B2B Enterprise-level software or related technologies
  • Previous experience in Value Selling
  • Strong track record of performance with landing new logos and supporting existing key accounts
  • Previous experience running sales presentations/demos
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM solution
  • Experience in Privacy, Security, Third-Party Risk management, Compliance
  • Experience selling into the Information Security department
  • CIPP/E or CIPM certification
  • Trained in Command of Message

  • Meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Conduct outreach to generate pipeline
  • Identify and leverage stakeholders to drive sales strategy
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering
  • Utilize discovery and communication to understand customer needs
  • Articulate valuable solutions to customers
  • Analyze competitors to differentiate OneTrust’s solutions
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers
  • Manage and optimize a targeted geographic territory
