Requirements

  • Extensive enterprise SaaS sales experience (B2B tech)
  • Excellent English and German communication/presentation skills
  • End-to-end sales process experience
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • B2B enterprise sales experience (manufactory, automotive, aerospace, construction, machinery, chemicals, logistics)
  • Applied Land and Expand strategy
  • Clear understanding of carbon emissions business
  • Strong desire to achieve net-zero mission
  • Climate tech industry experience (plus)
  • Success generating revenue and sales pipeline
  • Ability to collect and analyze market/competitor data
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • Self-motivation and target-driven
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Individual task and project management

Tasks

  • Drive growth in Pharma & MedTech in DACH region
  • Acquire new clients and expand market base
  • Navigate complex sales cycles
  • Research potential new leads
  • Utilize network to open accounts
  • Stay updated on carbon management industry developments
  • Build trust with leads and customers
  • Turn conversations into lasting relationships
  • Listen to client challenges and provide tailored solutions
  • Lead presentations and demonstrations
  • Navigate Enterprise SaaS sales process efficiently
  • Develop strategy for contacting and acquiring clients
  • Use LinkedIn and other platforms for outreach
  • Phone, email, or meet clients in person
  • Collaborate with Revenue department to align offerings
  • Maintain transparency in sales pipeline
  • Update CRM system with administrative tasks
  • Establish cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Work in Berlin or Munich
  • Help organizations reduce carbon emissions
