- Extensive enterprise SaaS sales experience (B2B tech)
- Excellent English and German communication skills
- End-to-end sales process experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen
- B2B enterprise sales experience in specific industries
- Applied Land and Expand strategy
- Clear understanding of carbon emissions business
- Strong desire to guide industry to net-zero
- Climate tech industry experience (plus)
- Success generating revenue and sales pipeline
- Ability to collect and analyse market data
- Ability to analyse competitor data
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Self-motivation
- Motivation by targets, goals, OKRs/KPIs
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent prioritization skills

- Generate and qualify new leads
- Research and stay updated on carbon management industry
- Build trust and lasting relationships with leads and clients
- Provide value-driven sales solutions
- Lead presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies
- Utilize various platforms for client outreach
- Collaborate with Revenue department to align offerings
- Maintain transparency in sales pipeline
- Update CRM system with sales activities
- Establish cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
- Work with major organizations to reduce carbon emissions
