Requirements

  • Proven experience closing SaaS or software deals
  • Strong customer-centric discovery skills
  • Strong solution-selling skills
  • Experience selling complex IT infrastructure solutions or managed services
  • Strong relationship and/or partner management skills
  • Affinity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC or similar)
  • Entrepreneurial, driven, and proactive
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Fluency in Germany (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

Tasks

  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing
  • Serve as the first point of contact for partners
  • Ensure strong partner engagement, enablement, and deal progression
  • Build and maintain pipeline creation processes
  • Shape the go-to-market strategy for Germany
  • Identify customer pain points
  • Sell the value of minimizing risk
  • Articulate the value of Eye's solutions
  • Recognize market growth opportunities within your region and partner ecosystem
  • Serve as a primary organizational link
  • Facilitate collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams
  • Represent Eye at industry events
