Requirements
- Proven track record in Telemarketing, Sales, or Sales Development
- Quick learning ability, mastery of new concepts, and continuous self-development
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate technical features into customer value
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident presentation
- Professional telephone etiquette and client-focused communication
- Strong analytical thinking, negotiation abilities, and creative problem-solving
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
- Willingness to build understanding of intellectual property domain
- Experience in IP or legal/LegalTech industry is an advantage
- Self-motivated, methodical, optimistic, and competitive personality
Tasks
- Expand customer base for RightHub product line
- Grow adoption of IP Maintenance and tech-enabled services
- Achieve sales targets and celebrate successes
- Engage IP professionals through email, phone, and in-person meetings
- Run effective product demos and guide prospects through trials
- Create clear and compelling quotes and RFP responses
- Manage the full sales journey from initial contact to onboarding
