- Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle
- Maintain strict CRM discipline and pipeline transparency
- Lead complex deals involving digitization and sustainability strategies
- Act as the senior escalation point for strategic deals
- Position the company as a strategic partner through ROI cases
- Recruit and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team
- Drive sales cadence and execution discipline across the team
- Collaborate with Channel Sales to leverage partner lead generation
- Partner with Marketing to convert events into measurable pipeline
