Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or related field
  • 3-5 years professional experience in financial services, wealth management, private banking, consulting, or highly regulated environment
  • Professional experience in organisational change, business transformation, learning & development, internal communications, HR business partnering, or related field
  • Proven ability to support or lead behavioural change initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong analytical mindset, experience using feedback, adoption metrics, or readiness assessments
  • Structured, proactive, delivery-oriented working style
  • Collaborative team player with high empathy, curiosity, resilience, and passion for people-centric transformation
  • Fluency in English required

Tasks

  • Drive adoption of strategic transformation initiatives
  • Design and activate change strategies
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
  • Create compelling enablement materials
  • Measure adoption impact for sustainable behavioural change
  • Lead end-to-end behavioural change activities
  • Support key bank-wide initiatives like AI promotion
  • Partner with project leads and senior stakeholders
  • Design tailored change plans addressing adoption barriers
  • Develop communications and training assets
  • Deliver presentations to diverse stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional change delivery
  • Track change readiness and user engagement
  • Manage stakeholder expectations during critical phases
  • Resolve concerns and maintain momentum
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the TCM practice
  • Share best practices and lessons learned

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
