Requirements

  • Tertiary education or higher vocational qualification in Business Administration, Communications, IT, or related field
  • Training & Change Management experience, preferably in digital transformation or IT initiatives
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in fast-paced, iterative project environments
  • Strong Stakeholder Management capabilities across levels and functions
  • Proven ability to drive User Engagement in complex, multi-channel environments
  • Experience with Adoption Analytics - collecting, interpreting, and acting on user behaviour data
  • Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools like Confluence and JIRA
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • German language skills are a strong advantage
