- Native German speaker with excellent English command
- Experience in large-scale IT platform rollouts or transformation projects in financial services, ideally private banking
- Solid understanding of private banking operations and digital channels
- Strength in project coordination, change management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to guide and influence
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, managing competing priorities under deadlines
- Familiarity with formal documentation standards and project reporting in regulated environments
- Based in Zurich, willingness to travel occasionally to Frankfurt
Tasks
- Plan and coordinate activities within assigned workstream
- Drive resource allocation and timeline management
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of project outputs
- Monitor progress and identify risks
- Escalate issues to IT Project Lead
- Act as liaison between IT and business units
- Align requirements and timelines with SMEs
- Facilitate technical and user-focused communication
- Interact with Relationship Managers and RM Assistants
- Lead change management efforts
- Engage stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
- Deliver training using e-training or train-the-trainer models
- Track training completion rates
- Prepare post-go-live support structures
- Manage floor runner setups during initial operation
- Oversee eBanking rollout process
- Coordinate with technical support teams
- Support client-facing functions
- Handle re-papering activities for system transitions
- Define and prioritize workload independently
- Ensure reliable execution across multiple workstreams
