As an IT Program Manager/Coordinator, you will lead transformation projects in private banking, balancing agile and traditional methods. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing impacts on digital banking, and ensuring compliance while shaping future workflows.

• •Proven experience in a similar position within financial services or private banking
• •Skilled in agile and classic project delivery
• •Exceptional ability to coordinate and manage complex topics in high-pressure environments
• •Strong communication and negotiation skills
• •Solid understanding of digital banking processes and client lifecycle management
• •Hands-on experience in business analysis and process documentation
• •Fluency in English; German language skills advantageous

Tasks

• •Lead end-to-end transformation projects using agile and traditional methods
• •Plan, execute, and track project deliverables across cross-functional teams
• •Facilitate workshops and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• •Ensure projects meet quality, risk, and compliance standards in private banking
• •Analyze the impact of the ROC initiative on core digital banking areas
• •Collaborate with SMEs to map and document current business processes
• •Support the redesign of future workflows
• •Develop detailed process and data documentation for target-state solutions
• •Partner with architects and delivery teams to define solution designs
