Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA is a plus
  • •Native-level German and fluent English; French and/or Italian an advantage
  • •Minimum 8 years’ pharmaceutical marketing experience at affiliate level
  • •Strong knowledge of the Swiss market
  • •Proven track record leading portfolio and brand strategy
  • •Advanced capability in insights and analytics
  • •Hands-on experience with MLR processes and sales enablement tools
  • •Strong financial acumen and budget ownership

  • •Develop annual and multi-year portfolio and brand strategies
  • •Lead product launches and lifecycle management
  • •Translate clinical data into customer-centric value propositions
  • •Secure effective MLR approvals

  • •Optimize channel and content mix for effective messaging
  • •Manage the marketing budget and set performance KPIs
  • •Monitor results and reallocate resources based on performance
  • •Build partnerships with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Regulatory teams
  • •Enable strong field force execution and KOL engagement
