Requirements
- •Qualified Doctor or similar degree
- •Extensive experience in Medical Affairs function within the pharmaceutical industry
- •Strong knowledge and expertise in core therapy areas (CVRM and Respiratory & Immunology)
- •Extensive experience in relationship and stakeholder management
- •Experience in pre-launch, launch and product life cycle management
- •Experience in building, engaging and driving performance through a team
- •In-depth knowledge in specialty and primary care market and patient journeys
- •Demonstrated ability to lead and develop capability across cross-functional teams
- •In-depth understanding of account planning
- •Strong leadership capability with excellent communication skills and an enterprise mindset
- •Strategic thinking and execution
- •Fluency in English and knowledge of at least one local language
- •Knowledge of Swiss healthcare environment including regulatory and pricing/reimbursement processes
- •Good knowledge of one or ideally multiple local languages
