Technical Trainer - Power Electronics(m/w/x)
As a Technical Trainer in Power Electronics, you will design and deliver engaging training sessions globally, ensuring participants gain the skills to effectively service and maintain Power Protection systems while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent related fields
- Enjoyment of working with methodologies for facilitating adult learning and communication
- Profound experience in Power Electronics field
- Practical experience with Power Electronics equipment
- Self-motivated mindset and innovative communication skills
- Proficiency in English and additional languages beneficial
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
Tasks
- Design and deliver technical training courses
- Prepare course materials, tools, and equipment
- Follow up on pre- and post-training activities
- Collect training needs and feedback
- Develop lesson plans and course materials
- Advise on updates for e-learning content
- Create and update course descriptions and training programs
- Implement corrective actions based on feedback
- Assist Training Coordinators with course arrangements
- Respond to course inquiries and prepare proposals
- Support Field Service and other teams with technical knowledge
