Product Trainer(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in critical power field, with roles in Training, Sales, Service, or R&D
• Desirable experience with UPS, STS, PDU, Power Conditioning Systems, and Battery Systems
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Further education in adult teaching (a plus)
• Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
• Enjoyment of adult learning and communication methodologies
• Self-motivated mindset
• Innovative communication skills
• Passion for interpersonal skills
• Ease in communicating in English
• Beneficial proficiency in additional languages

Tasks

• Design technical training programs and lesson plans
• Develop technical training programs and lesson plans
• Deliver technical trainings globally, in person or remotely
• Prepare training courses for delivery
• Prepare course materials, tools, and equipment
• Follow up on pre- and post-training activities
• Collect training needs and feedback
• Advise on e-learning material updates
• Create course descriptions and training programs
• Update course descriptions and training programs
• Consider feedback on courses
• Implement corrective actions for improvement
• Support the Center of Expertise Bid & Proposal
• Support other Power Protection teams and units
• Assist Training Coordinators with course arrangements
• Answer course inquiries
• Provide proposals for training courses
