- •8+ years experience in electrical equipment
- •Expertise in DFMEA and product development
- •Knowledge of power electronics and conversion
- •Proficiency with MS Office and CAD
- •Knowledge of PPAP (appreciated)
- •Fluent English and Italian (plus)
- •Problem-solving attitude and teamwork skills

- •Drive strategic development of next-generation products
- •Manage the industrialization cycle from R&D to production
- •Define and optimize production working phase sequences
- •Align manufacturing processes with cost and investment targets
- •Approve and validate internal and external process designs
- •Evaluate and introduce productivity-boosting process technologies
- •Collaborate with R&D to ensure industrialization readiness
- •Transfer new products to operations with accurate documentation
- •Validate technical deliverables including protocols and DFMEA
- •Manage product variants and customization requests
- •Provide hands-on support during equipment start-up
