Requirements

• •Master's degree in Electronic, Mechanical or Management Engineering
• •5+ years of professional experience in a similar role
• •Deep knowledge of the ISO9001 standard
• •Experience with data-driven analytical methodologies for industrial quality
• •Strong approach to continuous improvement and problem-solving
• •Good communication skills in Italian and English

Tasks

• •Support the deployment of the quality strategy
• •Implement quality systems and tools
• •Foster a culture of quality and prevention
• •Execute robust root cause analyses
• •Develop sustainable solutions to operational problems
• •Review the local Quality Management System
• •Identify process gaps and improvement potential
• •Provide teams with clear procedural documentation
• •Lead compliance audits and reviews
• •Prepare audit reports with findings and risks
• •Communicate audit results to management
• •Assess and qualify new suppliers with sourcing
• •Perform supplier audits and follow-up actions
• •Monitor quality performance indicators like PPM and FPY
• •Deploy the Quality Wins concept to suppliers
• •Implement and update supplier site PPAPs
