Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent related fields
  • •Enjoyment of working with methodologies for facilitating adult learning and communication
  • •Profound experience in Power Electronics field
  • •Practical experience with Power Electronics equipment
  • •Self-motivated mindset and innovative communication skills
  • •Proficiency in English and additional languages beneficial
  • •Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)

Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Design and deliver technical training courses
  • •Prepare course materials, tools, and equipment
  • •Follow up on pre- and post-training activities
  • •Collect training needs and feedback
  • •Develop lesson plans and course materials
  • •Advise on updates for e-learning content
  • •Create and update course descriptions and training programs
  • •Implement corrective actions based on feedback
  • •Assist Training Coordinators with course arrangements
  • •Respond to course inquiries and prepare proposals
  • •Support Field Service and other teams with technical knowledge
