- •Fluency in English

- •Coordinate new project start-ups and modifications
- •Review project specifications and protocol details
- •Communicate project issues with management and teams
- •Develop solutions and approve database design plans
- •Design customized project documents using Microsoft Office
- •Customize project workflows to meet specific needs
- •Support sales with technical customer presentations
- •Identify opportunities to protect intellectual property
- •Resolve complex issues with medical and technical leadership
- •Assist data managers with transmission and revisions
- •Define and order unique project supplies
- •Serve as a global laboratory project expert
- •Coordinate instrumentation interfaces with IT&S teams
- •Manage test code selection and administrative procedures
- •Analyze problems and propose technical QC solutions
- •Resolve procurement and investigator service issues
- •Present continuing education to departmental staff
- •Submit monthly reports to your direct supervisor
- •Ensure departmental regulatory compliance and safety
- •Serve on multi-disciplinary committees and initiatives
- •Promote process similarity across global laboratories
- •Research scientific literature and write technical letters
- •Represent management during customer conference calls
- •Design and report special sponsor studies
