Requirements

• •University degree or equivalent
• •1-3 years of similar experience
• •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• •Maintenance of professional credentials
• •Knowledge of Zavacor and Smart preferred
• •Fluency in English

Tasks

• •Coordinate new project start-ups and modifications
• •Review project specifications and protocol details
• •Communicate project issues with management and teams
• •Develop solutions and approve database design plans
• •Design customized project documents using Microsoft Office
• •Customize project workflows to meet specific needs
• •Support sales with technical customer presentations
• •Identify opportunities to protect intellectual property
• •Resolve complex issues with medical and technical leadership
• •Assist data managers with transmission and revisions
• •Define and order unique project supplies
• •Serve as a global laboratory project expert
• •Coordinate instrumentation interfaces with IT&S teams
• •Manage test code selection and administrative procedures
• •Analyze problems and propose technical QC solutions
• •Resolve procurement and investigator service issues
• •Present continuing education to departmental staff
• •Submit monthly reports to your direct supervisor
• •Ensure departmental regulatory compliance and safety
• •Serve on multi-disciplinary committees and initiatives
• •Promote process similarity across global laboratories
• •Research scientific literature and write technical letters
• •Represent management during customer conference calls
• •Design and report special sponsor studies
