Requirements
- •University degree or equivalent
- •1-3 years of similar experience
- •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- •Maintenance of professional credentials
- •Knowledge of Zavacor and Smart preferred
- •Fluency in English

Tasks
- •Coordinate new project start-up and modification activities
- •Review project specifications for department-related content
- •Ensure protocol review aligns with project specification details
- •Communicate issues with Project Manager and Team Manager
- •Invite feedback and input from team members
- •Develop solutions and resolve issues with project team members
- •Approve internal database loading and design plan
- •Utilize Microsoft Office to design customized project documents
- •Customize workflow for projects as needed
- •Support Sales with customer presentations when requested
- •Identify and capture opportunities to protect Labcorp's intellectual property
- •Coordinate ongoing project activities with global functions
- •Communicate with Technical Manager and VP Medical Affairs to resolve issues
- •Modify customized documents as necessary
- •Assist Data Managers with data transmission issues
- •Define and order unique supplies for projects
- •Serve as global protocol and project laboratory expert
- •Coordinate with IT&S on new project and instrumentation start-ups
- •Interact with WLOS regarding test code selection and administrative questions
- •Facilitate project testing and QC requirements as a technical reference
- •Resolve procurement issues during initial project start-up
- •Participate in continuing education presentations as required
- •Respond to technical questions from inside and outside the department
- •Submit monthly reports to direct supervisor
- •Attend functional team meetings as needed
- •Contribute to maintaining high safety awareness
- •Share responsibility for departmental regulatory compliance
- •Elevate departmental interaction through multi-disciplinary committees
- •Promote consistency in processes for global laboratories
- •Research scientific literature and write technical letters for sponsors
- •Participate in conference calls with Project Managers and sponsors
- •Design and report special off-line studies from sponsors
- •Perform other duties as assigned
