- Organize and oversee wet lab activities for successful execution
- Monitor assay transfer progress until completion and signature
- Coordinate repeat assays promptly to minimize delays
- Provide training for team members
- Support the team during initial patient sample runs
- Act as SME for initial and recurrent instrument setup
- Ensure compliance and optimal performance of instruments
- Provide autonomous support and guidance to the team
- Train and develop additional subject matter experts
- Manage all instrument-related processes, including compensation and baselines
- Optimize acquisition templates for each panel
- Lead global Flow Cytometry projects for process improvement
- Drive acquisition template optimization for enhanced efficiency
- Oversee optimization of Working Solution Logs
- Act as SME for new platform implementation
- Review and update SOPs for clarity and compliance
