As a technical expert, you will bridge the gap between laboratory operations and global clients by coordinating complex projects, resolving data issues, and supporting sales through expert presentations.

Requirements

• •University degree or equivalent
• •1-3 years of similar experience
• •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• •Maintenance of professional credentials
• •Knowledge of Zavacor and Smart (preferred)
• •Fluency in English

Tasks

• •Coordinate new project start-ups and modifications
• •Review project specifications and protocol details
• •Communicate project issues to managers
• •Develop solutions and approve database design plans
• •Design customized project documents using Microsoft Office
• •Create and adapt project workflows
• •Support sales with technical customer presentations
• •Identify opportunities to protect intellectual property
• •Resolve complex issues with global project teams
• •Assist data managers with transmission and revisions
• •Define and order project-specific supplies
• •Serve as a global laboratory expert
• •Coordinate instrumentation interfaces with IT teams
• •Manage test code selection and administrative queries
• •Analyze problems and propose technical solutions
• •Resolve procurement and investigator service issues
• •Present continuing education to departmental staff
• •Submit monthly reports to direct supervisors
• •Ensure departmental regulatory compliance and safety
• •Promote process similarity across global laboratories
• •Research scientific literature and write technical letters
• •Participate in conference calls with sponsors
• •Design and report on special sponsor studies
