Requirements

• •Advanced knowledge of POS system
• •Ability to handle complex customer service issues
• •Fluent and professional dialogue with clients and staff
• •Previous experience with Apple mobile devices
• •1-2 years previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales

Tasks

• •Lead sales associates to enhance selling skills
• •Drive sales for assigned category with the Store Manager
• •Supervise a customer-focused team to deliver the Burberry Experience
• •Manage customer flow to ensure attentive service
• •Foster collaboration between sales associates and operations team
• •Provide real-time coaching after transactions and interactions
• •Develop and retain talent through performance recognition
• •Integrate new team members into the business
• •Model the Burberry Experience for customers when needed
• •Collaborate with Store Manager on Burberry Experience training
• •Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
• •Process post-void transactions and authorize discounts in management's absence
• •Enhance the in-store digital experience and communication
• •Communicate business needs and ideas effectively
• •Enforce company policies and procedures consistently
• •Create a positive and harmonious work environment
• •Assist with store opening and closing procedures
