Requirements
- •Degree in business or technical computer science or comparable qualification
- •At least 5 years of experience in IT services with management responsibility
- •In-depth knowledge of operating systems and IT applications, particularly Microsoft 365, SAP, Citrix, and BMC Remedy
- •Experience in IT project management and collaboration with partners
- •Strong communication skills and organizational talent
- •Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with high flexibility
- •Very good written and spoken English skills

- •Oversee ticket management using ITSM tools
- •Plan services and manage day-to-day operations

- •Handle escalation management for malfunctions
- •Enhance IT service processes following ITIL standards
- •Monitor KPIs and track SLAs
- •Support employee development and recruitment
- •Onboard new team members in a structured manner
- •Participate in international IT projects
