Tasks

  • Lead and develop Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Coach and provide operational guidance to the team
  • Prioritize and support full lifecycle recruitment
  • Foster collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Manage strategic and complex recruitment assignments
  • Partner with business and HR leaders on hiring priorities
  • Advise on recruitment strategies and market trends
  • Support workforce planning and risk identification
  • Drive effective sourcing strategies
  • Support proactive talent pipelining and mapping
  • Utilize recruitment data for better decision-making
  • Strengthen ABB’s employer branding
  • Collaborate on university relations and early talent programs
