Leading a project support team across locations for industrial automation, electrification, and digital solutions. 5 years in project support, supply chain, or logistics with proven leadership experience required. Hybrid work model.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in project support, order management, supply chain, procurement/logistics, or related operational areas
- Experience in an industrial environment (preferred)
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related discipline
- Technical degree (advantage)
- Proven leadership experience
- Experience managing cross-cultural, remote, or multi-location teams
- Strong process and quality orientation
- Hands-on experience in workflow optimization, process standardization, or continuous improvement
- Lean Six Sigma certification (advantage)
- Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to navigate fast-paced, operationally complex environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid expertise in ERP systems
- Proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools
Tasks
- Lead, coach, and develop a Project Support team
- Provide functional leadership across locations
- Apply emotional intelligence and cultural awareness
- Ensure high-quality project support execution
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Process orders accurately
- Manage project documentation
- Ensure timely customer communication
- Serve as an escalation point for operational issues
- Manage the material ordering process
- Handle purchase requisitions
- Coordinate shipment logistics
- Ensure compliance with Procurement & Logistics policies
- Achieve agreed operational KPIs
- Monitor on-time delivery performance
- Track customer satisfaction indicators (NPS)
- Identify improvement opportunities across processes
- Implement standardization and optimization measures
- Lead or contribute to development initiatives
- Improve tools, templates, and process governance
- Develop team competencies
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, integrity, and HSE
