Tasks
- Lead a team of 16 technical tendering specialists
- Develop team members for high performance
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of tenders
- Create competitive, technically optimized offers
- Define scope of supply and coordinate with supply chain management
- Obtain quotations from subcontractors
- Oversee cost calculations and full cost modeling process
- Manage preparation and submission of bids and proposals
- Support sales team during contract negotiations
- Prepare documentation for internal reviews and tender submission approvals
